Is Perpetuus only for WhatsApp?+

No. Official WhatsApp is central, but Perpetuus is a full business process (BPMN) platform. It orchestrates the whole operation — sales, support, hiring, onboarding — with visual pipelines, automations, and AI. WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other channels are touchpoints inside those processes.

What makes Perpetuus different from a typical CRM?+

Traditional CRMs store data. Perpetuus goes further: you define a DataModel per pipeline (stages, fields, automations) so each GTM motion is explicit, then it runs like a living BPMN with official WhatsApp and other channels. Think Pipefy + Kommo in one platform.

Is the WhatsApp integration really official?+

Yes. We use Meta’s WhatsApp Business Cloud API directly. No middlemen, no third-party connectors that can be disconnected. You only pay Meta’s per-conversation pricing — no extra fees from us.

Do I need technical skills?+

No. Pipelines, automations, AI bots, document templates — everything is configured through visual no-code interfaces. Ops, sales, or support can run it without IT.

Can I model processes beyond sales?+

How do the AI bots work?+
